We packed up Stall K15 on Thursday evening. The banners came down. The power pack covers went back on. The last business card was collected sometime around 4:30 PM on Day 4. And somewhere between loading the truck tippler platform onto the flatbed and driving out of the India Expo Centre, it hit us: that was the busiest booth we’ve ever run.
JEHEL at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 is now in the books. Four days at Hall 11, Stall K15, India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, 15 to 18 September 2026. Six product families on the floor. Engineers from our Kolkata facility at the booth from opening bell to closing time. And a volume of technical conversations that kept us on our feet every single day.
Here’s what happened, what drew the most attention, and what we’re carrying forward from the experience.
The Truck Tippler Stole the Show
We expected interest. We didn’t expect it to be the first thing visitors walked toward on all four mornings. The hydraulic truck tippler section of our booth had the longest dwell time, the most questions, and the most configuration discussions of any product on display.
The questions were specific. Plant engineers from cement companies wanted to know about drive-through configurations for high-turnaround gates. Power station procurement teams asked about platform behaviour with wet coal. Steel plant visitors focused on the hookchain locking system and whether it accommodates older truck models with non-standard wheel bases.
One visitor from a Rajasthan-based cement group said fifteen minutes at our booth told him more than six months of catalogue comparisons.

The Boxer Surprised People
The Boxer 35 and Boxer 50 are small machines. They don’t look dramatic next to an 18-metre tippler platform. But they drew a crowd that was different from the rest of the booth: shutdown contractors, kiln maintenance heads, and refractory specialists.
Several visitors told us they didn’t know a machine this compact could deliver that kind of hammer energy. One maintenance manager from Gujarat spent 40 minutes measuring the chassis against his kiln manhole dimensions.
The electric power angle resonated strongly. No diesel exhaust inside a kiln or furnace chamber. That’s not a feature preference. It’s a health and safety requirement that many operations have been working around rather than solving properly.
Grabs: The Side-by-Side Comparison Worked
Having both the clamshell and orange peel grabs at the same booth turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Visitors could physically compare the shell closure on the clamshell against the tine grip on the orange peel. They could see the difference in edge geometry. They could understand, by touch, why one works for coal and the other works for scrap.
Stockyard managers from thermal power plants gravitated toward the clam shell. Scrap yard operators and demolition contractors went straight for the orange peel. A few visitors handling both material types at the same facility discussed dual-grab setups for a single crane.
Rock Breakers: Model Selection Was the Conversation
The SRB range (SRB 4 through SRB 12.5) attracted mining engineers and quarry operators who came with specific crusher specifications. The most common question wasn’t what a rock breaker is. These visitors already knew the product. They wanted help choosing between the SRB 8 and the SRB 10 for their particular grizzly opening and rock hardness.
That conversation only happens when the boom arm is in front of you, and the engineer can point to the cylinder.
Three Things Every Visitor Asked About
Across all product categories, three themes came up in nearly every serious conversation:
Customisation: Can you modify this for our specific layout? The answer was always yes. Everything is designed and built at our Kolkata facility. We don’t assemble from a fixed catalogue.
After-sales coverage: Where are your service engineers? How fast can you respond? We have 25 field engineers across India, and we gave every enquirer a direct service contact for their region.
Lead times: With new projects on tight schedules, visitors needed clear delivery windows. We quoted 8 to 14 weeks for standard configurations, depending on the product and customisation scope.
What We Learned
Exhibitions remind you of things that email chains don’t. You learn which features matter most by watching which ones visitors inspect first. You hear questions that nobody includes in a formal RFQ. You meet the maintenance engineer who has been running your equipment for a decade and has feedback that never reached your office through normal channels.
The biggest takeaway: Indian industry isn’t just growing, it’s getting specific. Visitors didn’t ask for a truck tippler. They asked for a drive-through model with a 16-metre platform for 80-ton trailers at a gate with a 12-metre turning radius. The market is maturing.
After the Booth
