We get asked this question a lot. What exactly will you have at the booth? Fair enough. Nobody wants to travel to Greater Noida only to find a table full of brochures and a TV running a corporate video on loop. So let’s be specific.
Jaypee Engineering at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 means six product families on the floor at Hall 11, Stall K15, India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, from 15 to 18 September 2026. Each one addresses a different stage in the material handling and rock breaking chain. Each one is manufactured at our 1 lac sq. ft. facility in Kolkata.
Here’s the full list, product by product, with enough detail to help you decide whether a visit to our stall is worth your time.
Hydraulic Truck Tipplers
This is our most installed product category. The platform tilts loaded trucks and trailers to discharge coal, clinker, limestone, bauxite, and other bulk material into hoppers. Capacities range from 40 to 100 tons. Platform sizes run from 8.5 to 18 meters to match different truck models.
What you’ll see at the booth: the anti-skid chequered platform surface, the hook chain front axle locking system, the hydraulically retractable back stoppers, and the heavy-duty lift cylinders that push the platform to tilt angles of up to 55 degrees. We’ll also show both reverse-in and drive-through configurations.
Stationary Rock Breakers (SRB Series)
Five models. SRB 4, SRB 5, SRB 8, SRB 10, and SRB 12.5. Each one is a pedestal-mounted boom-and-hammer system that sits above the crusher grizzly and breaks oversized boulders before they jam the jaw.
The smaller models (SRB 4 and 5) suit quarries and medium crushers. The larger ones (SRB 8, 10, 12.5) handle hard rock at open-cast mines and large cement plants. At the booth, you can inspect the boom arm construction, the hydraulic cylinder quality, and the pedestal mounting arrangement. We’ll explain how we size each model based on grizzly opening, boulder hardness, and expected breaking frequency.
Clam Shell Grabs
Two hydraulically actuated shells that open, descend into a material pile, close around the load, and lift it. Built for coal, iron ore, limestone, gypsum, fly ash, and wood logs. The electro-hydraulic power unit sits on the grab frame itself, so no external hydraulic lines are running from the crane.
We design the grab weight and bucket volume to match your crane’s safe working load. If you’re running an EOT crane, a gantry crane, or a mobile crane, bring the crane spec sheet, and we’ll tell you which grab fits.
Orange Peel Grabs
When the material doesn’t sit in neat piles, you need tines instead of shells. Our orange peel grabs close around scrap metal, demolition debris, municipal waste, and other irregular loads. Available for EOT, stationary, and mobile crane mounting.
At the exhibition, you can compare the tine geometry, pivot pin construction, and closing force between our different orange peel configurations. These details matter more than most buyers realize until the grab is handling real loads every day.
Boxer Demolition Machines
Two models: Boxer 35 and Boxer 50. Compact, electric-powered, remote-operated robotic breakers for confined space demolition. The Boxer 35 fits through tight openings for kiln accretion removal and small furnace work. The Boxer 50 delivers more hammer energy for chimney teardown, tunnel maintenance, and thick concrete breaking.
Both run on electric power (no diesel exhaust indoors) and offer 360-degree boom swing. If you manage planned shutdowns or kiln turnarounds, these machines are worth a close look.
Scrapers and Supporting Equipment
Wet coal, gypsum, fly ash, and bagasse stick to truck beds even after full tipping. Our hydraulic scraper attachment finishes the job in a single pass. We’ll also have hydraulic cranes, scissor lifts, and custom power packs assembled with Rexroth and Parker components on display.
