Four days to see 135,000 square meters and more than 1,000 exhibitors. You would have to do most of this walking around without a plan, but with a plan, you can evaluate your way through. And that is what this guide is for.

The event titled bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 will take place from 15 to 18 September at the venue India Expo Centre Greater Noida. How to Reach the India Expo Centre

India Expo Centre, located in Greater Noida, is conveniently accessible by road as well as public transportation. Depending upon the place from where you come, there are three basic options available for reaching there, such as self-drive vehicles, using the metro along with other connecting means, or by the means of the shuttle services offered by the organisers.

By Car

The place is located on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, about 40 km away from central Delhi. In case you are travelling from Delhi, you can reach Noida through DND Flyway and then take the expressway south. There are parking facilities at the venue, but once it gets past 11 AM, it fills up fast.

By Metro

The closest metro station is Knowledge Park II on the Aqua Line. From there, you can take an auto-rickshaw or event shuttle to the venue. If you’re coming from central Delhi, change to the Aqua Line at Noida Sector 51.

By Shuttle

The organisers typically run shuttle bus services from key metro stations and nearby hotels during the exhibition. Details are usually confirmed two weeks before the event on the official website.

What’s on the Exhibition Floor

The exhibition covers a broad range of equipment categories. Here’s what you’ll find across the halls:

  • Earthmoving: excavators, loaders, dozers, graders.
  • Road construction: pavers, rollers, compactors.
  • Material handling: tippers, grabs, conveyors, cranes.
  • Mining: rock breakers, drilling rigs, screening plants.
  • Concrete technology: batching plants, mixers, pumps.
  • Demolition: compact breakers, robotic machines.
  • Components: hydraulic systems, power packs, engines.

For the special case where hydraulic material handling and rock breaking machinery is being considered, visit Hall 11, where companies like JEHEL have products such as truck tipplers, rock breakers, hydraulic grabs, and demolition machinery.

How to Make Your Visit Productive

To make the most of your four days at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, you need a strategy. The exhibition is vast, and without a plan, you’ll waste time wandering between halls. These strategies will help you maximise your time on the floor and ensure meaningful conversations with exhibitors.

Plan Your Route by Product Category

Don’t wander. Identify the three or four product categories you’re evaluating, find the hall numbers on the event floor plan (available on bcindia.com after registration), and build your walking route around those halls.

Use the Buyer Seller Forum

The 2024 edition generated 6,298 scheduled meetings through its Buyer Seller Forum. If you want guaranteed face time with specific exhibitors, register for the forum. It’s more productive than hoping to catch someone at a busy booth.

Bring Your Site Specifications

The most valuable conversation that can happen at an exhibition stall is one where you approach them with what your plant really needs. Sizes of hoppers, information on your truck fleet, capacity of cranes, kind of material, and throughput rates. The exhibitors will be able to provide you with something more tangible if you provide them with tangible figures.

Visit the Live Demo Area

Several manufacturers run working demonstrations of their equipment in an outdoor demo zone. It’s worth scheduling time for this, especially if you’re comparing machines from different brands. Seeing two machines do the same job tells you more than any spec sheet.

Your Four-Day Checklist

Pre-register before attending. Get the floor plan. Target exhibitors. Register yourself for the Buyer Seller Forum if you wish to attend pre-arranged appointments. Bring your project specifications. Wear proper footwear, as 135,000 sq meters of space is a whole lot.

bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 is an exhibition where one single chat could save you many months of vendor evaluation process. Machines, experts, and the deciders are all there in one place for four days straight. Use this opportunity.
