40 to 100 Ton Capacity
JEHEL truck unloaders handle everything from standard 16-wheeler loads to heavy trailer payloads. Platform sizes range from 8.5 to 18 metres.
Anti-Skid Chequered Platform
The loading surface uses chequered steel plates that keep truck tyres gripped during the tipping cycle, even in wet or dusty conditions.
Hydraulically Back Stoppers
Available in fixed, foldable & retractable configurations. The back stopper arrests rear wheels during tilting so the truck stays in position throughout the cycle.
Hookchain Front Axle Lock
Two pairs of hydraulic or mechanical hookchains secure the front axle of the truck before the platform tilts. Accommodates all trailer wheel bases.
Tilt Angle Up to 55 Degrees
Heavy-duty lift cylinders push the platform to discharge angles of up to 55 degrees, ensuring complete material discharge even with sticky loads.
Drive-Through Configuration
Available in drive-through and reverse-in arrangements to match your plant’s traffic flow and gate layout for seamless vehicle movement and operations.

At “bauma CONEXPO 2026” in Greater Noida, JEHEL will display its hydraulic truck unloader lineup at Hall 11, Stall K15. The range covers 40 to 100 ton capacities with platform sizes from 8.5 to 18 metres. Each tippler is built around a pair of heavy-duty lift cylinders, an anti-skid chequered platform, hydraulically retractable back stoppers, and hookchain front axle locking systems. Both reverse-in and drive-through configurations are available.
